Taxation & Accounting

With our continual and ongoing training we are able to help our clients legitimately minimise their taxation liabilities. We provide taxation and accounting services to small to medium businesses as well as individuals.

Business Advisory & Development can cover a broad variety of services ranging from assistance with your pricing decisions, cash flow management, monitoring of business performance to detailed budgeting and forecasting. Overall our business advice will always start with where our clients are now and provide them with the guidance to get to where they want to get to.

Superannuation

As many businesses now have a self managed superannuation fund (SMSF) attached to their business, we are able to provide a range of compliance services for SMSFs.

Audit Shield Insurance

DJM Accounting was one of the first firms in Wagga Wagga to offer our clients the Audit Shield Insurance services through Accountancy Insurance Brokers (AIB).The Audit shield services provides our clients. In short the service is an insurance policy taken out by us where clients can opt in each year for a relatively small fee. The service then covers fees incurred for all forms of audits, reviews or investigations by government agencies. It could range from a simple tax office phone call to a full workers compensation, payroll tax or income tax audit. We have also had Centrelink investigations covered by the service.

Bookkeeping assistance & software

We are authorised resellers of MYOB software, and as such we are able to provide very competitive prices to our clients to obtain or upgrade their bookkeeping packages.

Although we resell MYOB products, we are able to work with the majority of software options available, including Reckon and Phoenix.

We work with several bookkeepers on behalf of clients and if necessary are able to provide referrals to the best fit for your business if required.

Financial Planning

Although we can’t offer direct financial planning at this stage, we can work with your exiting planner or provide you with a referral to one that we believe best fits your needs. Our view is and always will be that the financial planner should be acting your best interests.

If you already have an existing financial planner we are also happy to work alongside them.
